Studiocanal Australia and Luna Palace Cinemas invite you into the world of Louise Brooks in The Chaperone with a special Sunday Morning tea advance screening on Sunday 14th April at The Windsor Cinema, Nedlands.
Based on the New York Times best-selling book by Laura Moriarty, The Chaperone reunites Downton Abbey writer Julian Fellowes with director Michael Engler and actor Elizabeth McGovern.
Taking place against the backdrop of the tumultuous 1920's, The Chaperone is the story of Kansas woman Norma Carlisle (Elizabeth McGovern) whose life is forever changed when she chaperones a beautiful and talented 15-year-old dancer named Louise Brooks (Haley Lu Richardson) to New York for the summer.
Guest arrivals from 10.30am with film start at 11am. Your regular price of admission includes tea, coffee and delicious macarons from Lily Paris plus live entertainment by jazz musician Raena Ophelia Simmons.
